Chest Workout


Chest Workout



For chest I focus on lifting heavy weight and low reps in order to progressively overload my muscles and reap strength gains.

Flat Dumbbell/Bench press - 4 sets, 4-6 reps.
Incline Dumbbell press - 4 sets, 4-6 reps.
Incline flyes - 3 sets, 6-8 reps.
Cable flyes - 4 sets, 6-8 reps.
Dips - 4 sets, as many as you can do!

If this routine doesn't leave your chest destroyed then you're ether superhuman or doing it wrong!
