4 Ways to Accelerate Muscle Development!

The weight lifting and fitness industry is full of misinformation that gets many stuck in ruts, not gaining any muscle or at least making very slow progress. Implement these 4 simple tips and you're bound to see improvement!

  • TRAIN YOUR LEGS! - Squats and deadlifts are 2 of the most compound movements you can do, in turn they will stimulate all over muscle growth. Additionally squats and deadlifts will provide a large release of growth hormone and testosterone helping your body to build muscle all over. 
  • LISTEN TO YOUR BODY - Rest is hugely important when building muscle. Don't listen to your friend who goes 7 times a week and doesn't feel anything and says you should do the same. Listen to your own body. Muscles grow and repair outside of the gym.
  • EAT PROPERLY - Just like resting properly you must eat properly. Make sure you are eating enough protein, carbohydrates and fat. And keep your body hydrated! Strict discipline on the foods which will fuel your body is paramount to getting the physique you desire!
  • EAT AFTER A WORKOUT - Soon after a workout your body is craving nutrients. Replenish the lost carbs and protein by consuming a protein shake or another source of food. The best protein would be whey as it is absorbed quickly and efficiently by your body.
